FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do I need medical records to get a Nevada Medical Marijuana License?

No, you do not need any medical records. Our physician can perform a primary diagnosis for a fee of $50.00

Can I have a Commercial Drivers License and a Medical Marijuana license in Nevada?

No, currently DMV is not allowing it. They will require that you surrender your CDL to receive your Medical Marijuana license.

If I've been convicted of Possession with intent to sell drugs, Do I qualify?

No.  If you have been convicted of Possession to sell any drug, you will be disqualified.

Although you won't qualify for the Nevada Medical Marijuana program. You can still get the doctor’s recommendation and you'll be legal in a court of law.  Meaning that the police will still be able to arrest you but you will have a defense in court and any marijuana charge should be dismissed.  If you have any pending charges against you this license and doctors’ recommendation will help get your charges reduced or dismissed.  If you possess a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License); or have a felony related specifically to drug trafficking, you will not be approved by the Health Dept.
